The Villa comes with wireless high speed internet access all around the house and outside. If you do not have a laptop with you then you are welcome to use the latest PC with internet and other office facilities in the villa.

The Villa has a fully equipped island style kitchen overlooking the lagoon. This large 600 square feet (55 square meters) kitchen is big enough to entertain large groups who want to engage in the cooking.

Even if you opt for full board option this magnificent kitchen overlooking the lagoon is still yours. As we have separate kitchen and boarding for the chef and the maids.

The Villa has a full size well maintained swimming pool – 5 feet deep across the full length. The pool is fully lit in the night and comes with a shower for convenience. If you wish to relax between dips there is a full size summer house. There are plenty of floating pool beds, sun beds and even a hammock with a beer holder!

With our own boating facility for purpose of fishing and provision of adequate fishing rods is already at your disposal you can enjoy hours of fishing in the lagoon or if it’s all too much effort you can even fish from the balcony! There is plenty of variety of fish to catch. Remember the barbeque is only few yards away!

The roads and side streets around the villa are very quiet and full of changing scenario. The Villa has free mountain bikes and safety accessories such helmets at your disposal. Early morning ride to the Negombo Town along the beach and the lagoon is a must. You can witness hundreds of fishing trawlers coming in and the opening of the auction. It is full of energy and buzz. You can even cycle along to the Dutch Canals and ride along – if you are fit enough that is!
